Can you build a full room in one visit?
For most standard room upgrades, yes. We'll assess the scope when you send your list and advise if a second visit is needed for very large orders.
Do I need to unbox the furniture before you arrive?
No — we can work from boxed or unboxed furniture. We'll unbox, assemble, and stack the packaging neatly before we leave.
How is the job priced?
We price per item from our database of 30,000+ products. Send us the supplier name, product name, and code (or a link) and we'll return a fixed price quote within the hour.
What if something is wrong after you leave?
All work is covered by our 12 month guarantee. If anything is wrong, we'll return and fix it at no charge.
How do I pay?
Payment is made on the day by cash or bank transfer. We issue a receipt and your 12 month guarantee certificate by email after the job is complete.
