Rauch Prague Wardrobe
One of the most popular Rauch ranges sold in the UK. Available in a range of sizes and finishes. Typical assembly time is 90–120 units depending on size. The assembly process is well-established and we have built many of these.
Rauch Lima Range
The Lima range shares a very similar assembly process to the Prague. Available in various widths and finishes. Typical assembly time is 90–120 units. Corner units and internal drawers add significantly to the assembly time.
Corner Units
Rauch corner wardrobes are substantially more complex than standard units. They require careful levelling in two planes and precise alignment of the sliding door tracks. Allow significantly more time than a standard unit.
Internal Drawers & Fittings
Rauch wardrobes can be specified with internal drawers, pull-out trays, and hanging rails. Each internal fitting adds assembly time. Please include all internal fittings in your quote request.
Harveys & Bensons Variants
Rauch wardrobes sold through Harveys and Bensons for Beds may have slightly different branding but the assembly process is identical. If you have a Harveys or Bensons sliding door wardrobe, we can assemble it.
Independent Retailer Rauch Products

What You Need to Know Before We Arrive
Rauch sliding door wardrobes are well-engineered products, but there are specific points to be aware of before assembly day:
Uneven Floors
Sliding door wardrobes are particularly sensitive to uneven floors. The door tracks must be perfectly level for the doors to run smoothly. On uneven floors, this may require shimming the base and some compromise on the final position.
Wall-Fixing Is Mandatory
All tall Rauch wardrobes must be fixed to the wall. This is a safety requirement. We carry out all wall-fixing as standard. Please ensure the wall behind the wardrobe is accessible and that you are happy for fixings to be made.
Corner Units Take Much Longer
Rauch corner wardrobes are significantly more complex than standard units. They require levelling in two planes and careful alignment of the door tracks at the corner junction. Please factor this into your timing expectations.
Check Your Delivery Is Complete
Rauch wardrobes are delivered in multiple boxes. Before assembly day, check that all boxes have been delivered and that the contents match the packing list. Missing parts will delay the job — contact your retailer immediately if anything is missing.
Ceiling Height Matters
Rauch wardrobes are available in various heights. Check your ceiling height before ordering — you need sufficient clearance to stand the wardrobe upright during assembly. Standard UK ceilings (2.4m) are usually sufficient for most Rauch heights.
