Can you dismantle furniture that wasn't flat-pack originally?
We specialise in flat-pack furniture (IKEA, Argos, John Lewis, etc.). If you're unsure whether your furniture qualifies, send us the details and we'll advise.
Do you coordinate with my removals company?
Yes. We typically visit before moving day to dismantle, leaving panels and fixings clearly labelled and ready for the removals team to load. We then reassemble at the new address.
What if parts are lost or damaged during the move?
We label and bag all fixings carefully to minimise this risk. If parts are missing or damaged after transit, we can advise on replacements and return to complete the assembly.
How far in advance do I need to book?
As soon as you know your moving date, contact us. We confirm appointments within 1 hour during business hours and recommend booking at least a week in advance around busy periods.
Is the reassembly in the new home guaranteed?
Yes — all assembly work is covered by our 12 month guarantee. If anything is wrong, we'll return and fix it at no charge.
How do I pay?
Payment is made on completion by cash or bank transfer. We issue a receipt and your 12 month guarantee certificate by email.
