Hope youre well. I received your email recently, and I do need assistance with something. I have the following office chair:

It should be possible to tilt and fix the backrest of this chair, as its stated in the advert: the backrest can be tilted and fixed at any angle you like (largest tilting angle: ___°). I cannot work out how to do this.

At the moment, it is useless for me as I cant lean back on the backrest, as it reclines to a ridiculous angle. I really need the backrest to be fixed in the ideal position, so that I can lean back and it provides support.

This chair is assembled, but I cant work out how to do this! I had a friend look at it today, and she couldnt work it out either. So I was hopeful that you could come and work it out. I really dont want to have to buy another chair, but I need something reliable for my work.
